针对常规改性沥青性能评价指标评价橡胶沥青性能的缺陷,文章以Haake粘度、25℃锥入度、软化点等作为评价橡胶沥青性能的指标,并基于灰色关联分析理论和室内试验,研究了Haake粘度、25℃锥入度、软化点与橡胶沥青加工过程各影响因素间的关系。结果表明:胶粉掺量对3种指标的相关性较大,是在橡胶沥青加工过程中应关键控制的参数;发育时间对Haake粘度,发育温度对于软化点均有重要影响,在试验过程中要严格控制其波动范围;灰色关联分析的结果与室内试验的结果相吻合,为指导橡胶沥青加工过程提供了一定的参考依据。
In order to evaluate the performance of rubber asphalt, the paper evaluates the performance of asphalt rubber by using Haake viscosity, cone penetration at 25 ℃ and softening point as index, and based on the gray relational analysis theory and laboratory tests, Viscosity, cone penetration at 25 ℃, softening point and influencing factors of rubber asphalt processing. The results showed that the content of crumb rubber had a high correlation with the three indexes and was the key parameter to be controlled during the process of rubber asphalt. The development time had an important influence on the viscosity and development temperature of Haake, The range of fluctuation should be strictly controlled. The result of gray correlation analysis is consistent with the result of laboratory test, which provides a reference for guiding the process of rubber asphalt.
