利用正交设计的数学方法进行实验设计,用传统的溶剂蒸发法制备聚乳酸(PLA)微球,考察不同因素(即工艺参数)对微球平均粒径大小(即指标)的影响,寻找制备不同粒径微球的最佳条件,所考察的因素分别为分散剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)浓度、聚乳酸浓度、搅拌速度、分散相(油相)与连续相(水相)体积比;并考虑了因素间可能有的交互作用,即分散剂浓度与聚乳酸浓度之间、与油/水相体积比之间、聚乳酸浓度与油/水相体积比之间的交互作用。结果表明4因素对平均粒径大小影响的主次顺序分别为:搅拌速度、分散剂浓度、聚乳酸浓度、油相和水相体积比。其中,聚乳酸浓度与油/水相体积比间的交互作用是交互作用中对平均粒径影响最大的
