用~(45)Ca~(2+)放射性标记实验证明,在小麦根细胞中,Ca~(2+)进入液泡的转运依赖于膜内外的Na~(2+)梯度。Na~(2+)/Ca~(2+)逆向转运系统对温度敏感,可被高浓度Ca~(2+)饱和,Ca~(2+)转运速度受二价和三价阳离子,如Cu~(2+)、Cd~(2+)和La~(3+),抑制。TritonX-100破坏Na~(2+)梯度,导致Ca~(2+)转运速度减慢或完全停止。
Ca ~ (2+) radiolabeled with ~ (45) showed that the transport of Ca ~ (2+) into vacuoles in wheat root cells was dependent on the Na ~ (2+) gradient inside and outside the membrane. The Na ~ (2 +) / Ca ~ (2+) counter - transport system is sensitive to temperature and can be saturated with high concentration of Ca ~ (2+). The Ca ~ (2+) transport rate is affected by bivalent and trivalent cations such as Cu ~ (2 +), Cd ~ (2+) and La ~ (3+). TritonX-100 destroys the Na ~ (2+) gradient, resulting in slowing or complete cessation of Ca ~ (2+) transport.
