经心房标测评价33例5种室房传导的心房激动顺序。正常室房传导、房室结快径室房传导和隔侧旁道室房传导的心房激动顺序具有一致性,即P_(V1)、P_E和HRA几乎同时发生。左侧和右侧旁道室房传导具有典型特点,前者显示“左偏心”即P_(V1)～P_E时距为负值(-43.64±12.86ms);后者显示“右偏心”即P_(V1)～P_E时距为正值(40.50±12.58ms)。
Atrial mapping test 33 cases of 5 kinds of ventricular conduction atrial activation sequence. Normal room conduction, atrioventricular node fast pathway conduction and ventricular septal room conduction atrial activation sequence is consistent, that P_ (V1), P_E and HRA occur almost simultaneously. The left and right side of the bypass room room has typical characteristics of conduction, the former shows “left eccentric” that P_ (V1) ~ P_E time interval is negative (-43.64 ± 12.86ms); the latter shows “right eccentric” P_ V1) ~ P_E time interval is positive (40.50 ± 12.58ms).
