脉络丛乳头瘤在颅内肿瘤中是少见的一种,Bohm 等氏曾报告25例,据统计其发生率占颅内肿瘤0.4%,与多数学者统计数据相似。此外,Bohm 等氏又收集了文献材料,至1960年6月为止,包括自己的25例共143例。国内解放后见诸文献者就我们所知有2例。我院12年中(1952年4月—1964年6月)共收治颅内肿瘤937例,其中脉络丛乳头瘤7例(占0.6%)。虽然此病并不多见,但其生长部位、发病年龄、临床、病理等方面均有一定特点。今将我院所见7例作一分析并略作讨论。
Choroid plexus papilloma is a rare intracranial tumor, Bohm et al. In our hospital 12 years (April 1952 - June 1964) were treated 937 cases of intracranial tumors, including choroid plexus papilloma in 7 cases (0.6%). Although the disease is rare, but its growth site, age of onset, clinical, pathological and other aspects have some characteristics. This hospital will see 7 cases for an analysis and a little discussion.
