安徽红茶是我省自营出口红茶中除去“祁红”以外的全部红茶通称。目前占全省茶叶出口量约30％,占全省出口红茶的87％左右,是我省大宗出口产品之一。一、出口茶品质情况安徽红茶出口品质,总水平比较好。自1984年创牌以来,外商不断增多,出口量年年增长,在国际市场上有了一定的知名度,远销世界几十个国家和地区,受到好评。但是,从1987年出口品质情况来看,虽然有关部门作了很大努力,但全年对照出口样检验相当率有所下降。出口品质主要存在问题有:高档工夫条索细瘦,嫩茎稍多;中低档工夫条索松扁含片,中段碎茶含量较重,筋梗较多,形成“茶肚”,下段较重;说明净度和整碎问题比较大。叶底摊薄色暗。碎、片、末茶毛衣较多,外形大小欠匀;末茶80孔下较重。
