目的观察达克宁栓和可宝净联合治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将180例霉菌性阴道病患者随机分成两组,对照组为单纯使用达克宁栓组,观察组为达克宁栓和可宝净联合用药组,3个疗程后复查,并在治愈后随访六个月,对两组进行疗效观察。结果对照组和观察组有效率分别为92.2%和98.9%,差异显著(P<0.05);两组的复发率分别为对照组4.5%,观察组2.2%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在治疗霉菌性阴道炎时,采用达克宁栓和可宝净联合用药的方法,可提高达克宁栓抗真菌的活性能力,增强疗效,同时可促进机体重建下生殖道的微生态环境,治愈后复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of DXN and Ke Baojing in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with fungal vaginosis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with mefloxacin alone, and the observation group was combination of merketine and cocetine. The patients were reviewed after three courses and were followed up for six months , The efficacy of the two groups observed. Results The effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 92.2% and 98.9%, respectively (P <0.05). The recurrence rates of the two groups were 4.5% in the control group and 2.2% in the observation group, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05) . Conclusions In the treatment of mycotic vaginitis, the combination of dacronide and cocetone can improve the activity of dacronide against fungi, enhance the curative effect, promote the reproductive tract reproductive tract microenvironment, and cure recurrence Low rate.
