目的建立同时测定复方烧伤酊中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀含量的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Wonda Sil C18-WR(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为0.2%磷酸水溶液(每1000 ml加三乙胺1 ml)-乙腈(76∶24);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:345 nm;柱温:35℃。结果盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀分别在6.87~219.83μg·ml-1(r=0.9998)和2.69~86.20μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为100.71%和98.53%,RSD分别为0.46%和0.83%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,灵敏度高,可用于复方烧伤酊中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀的定量。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in compound burns tincture. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used. The mobile phase was Wonda Sil C18-WR (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.2% phosphoric acid solution (1 ml / 1000 ml triethylamine) ; Flow rate: 1.0 ml · min-1; detection wavelength: 345 nm; column temperature: 35 ℃. Results Berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 6.87-219.83μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9998) and 2.69-86.20μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9999) The recoveries were 100.71% and 98.53%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.46% and 0.83%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, specific, sensitive and can be used for quantification of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in compound burns tincture.
