当今社会,我国的国有企业正处于社会的转型期,政工工作做为企业生产经营的生命线,能否得到顺利开展直接关系到企业的和谐稳定与发展,而政工工作开展的好坏,拥有一支高素质的政工队伍是关键。因此,在新形势下如何加强企业思想政治工作队伍建设,从根本上增强企业活力,为企业的改革和发展目标的实现奠定良好的基础,已经成为摆在我们面前的一个重要的研究课题。本文就目前国有企业政工队伍建设中存在的问题入手,从政治思想和业务水平两方面来展开探讨,以期为国有企业政工队伍建设提出有益的措施,以适应新时期企业思想政治工作的需要,为企业发展建言献策。
In our society, the state-owned enterprises of our country are in a period of social transition, and the political work as the lifeline of the production and operation of enterprises can be directly related to the harmonious, stable and development of enterprises.
