建筑工程施工中的厨房、卫生间和管道井部位,往往需要在现浇混凝土楼板上为竖向管线预留不同直径的圆形孔洞。目前预留孔洞的常用的做法有两种,一种是截取相应直径的PVC短管,楼板支模后将PVC短管用钢钉在管壁四周临时固定;另一种是将PVC短管中间割缝后,预留在混凝土板中,一次性使用。其中,第一种方法 PVC短管可重复使用,但不利于固定牢靠,往往在混凝土振捣中变位,预留孔洞成型不规矩。
