社区文化建设在当前社会发展中的重要性日趋显现,相关工作者要清醒地认识到当前社区工作所面临的困惑和存在的问题。我们必须以习近平总书记对文化工作的总要求、总目标为指导,提高责任意识,认真研究社区文化建设;发挥政府指导、监督、管理责任,从长远考虑,基础着手,加强社区文化建设发展;集社会各方面力量,形成合力,发挥文化、宣传、教育等部门优势和特长,共同建设社区文化。
The importance of community culture construction in the current social development is becoming more and more obvious. Relevant workers should clearly recognize the puzzles and existing problems in the current community work. We must take General Secretary Xi Jinping’s general requirements for cultural work as guidance, raise our awareness of responsibility, conscientiously study the construction of community culture, give full play to government guidance, supervision and management responsibilities, and from the long-term consideration and foundation to strengthen the development of community culture; Set the strength of all sectors of society to form a concerted effort to give play to the advantages and strengths of the departments of culture, publicity and education so as to jointly build a community culture.
