为提高建筑物的抗震性能,在某高度抗震设防区域内的框剪、框筒结构高层建筑中采用了金属剪切型抗震阻尼器,其具有结构轻巧、布置位置灵活、空间占有率小、重复使用率较高、人力物力消耗较小等优点。通过改变传统施工工艺,创造性地将阻尼器支座设计为马叉口状,调整了支座与结构连接处的施工顺序,并运用BIM三维可视化技术指导施工,不仅降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率,而且保证了施工质量,具有良好的社会与经济效益。
