放射性结肠炎在临床上并非少见,但往往重视了原发病而忽略了结肠炎的存在。由于放射性结肠炎可引起不良后果,有必要引起重视。现报告2例如下。临床资料【例1】周某某,女,57岁。子宫颈癌放疗术后3年,反复便血1年。结肠镜检可见距肛门13～50cm 处散在多数0.3～0.6cm 之新鲜出血斑,粘膜粗糙不平,血管走行模糊,有许多与鲜血混合之灰白色分泌物。病理诊断:粘膜组织慢性炎。【例2】陈某某,男,55岁。右精原细胞瘤放疗后7个月。病人有轻度腹痛,粪便中带暗红色血液。结肠镜检见
