从本世纪初的南都·银座公寓受到市场追捧以来,精装修楼盘便开始正式在杭州崭露头角。2006年8月,杭州市政府转发市建委《关于推进杭州市区住宅产业现代化工作的实施意见》中明确提出,自2008年起,杭州新建商品住宅中,全装修房的比例要占到50%以上。情况正如政策倡导的一般,目前,杭州的精装修楼盘虽然还未达到“稳坐江山”的地位,但引入精装修概念的楼盘已经多达80余个。不可否认的是,“全装修”正在房地产市场引发一场革命。不仅表现在实体产品上,更表现在操作观念上,而这个螺旋式上升完善的过程,将在一场又一场开发商和购房者之间的博弈中完成。
