目的:为了从形态学角度验证肥大细胞与肽能神经“双向”调节理论.方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)对Wistar大鼠鼻粘膜及耳廓皮肤进行肥大细胞与肽能神经末梢关系的研究.结果:大鼠鼻粘膜及耳廓皮肤肥大细胞与P物质能神经末梢存在较为密切的形态学构筑关系;肥大细胞可“串连”于P物质能神经纤维;肥大细胞免疫组化染色呈阳性,但尚不能断定肥大细胞为P物质阳性细胞.结论:提示肥大细胞与P物质能神经关系密切,为进一步研究肥大细胞的非IgE调控机制提供了形态学依据.
OBJECTIVE: To verify the theory of “bidirectional” regulation of mast cells and peptidergic nerves from the morphological point of view.Methods: The relationship between mast cells and peptidergic nerve endings in nasal mucosa and auricles of Wistar rats was studied by immunohistochemistry (ABC method) .Results: Mast cells in the nasal mucosa and auricular skin have a close morphological relationship with P-substance nerve endings; mast cells can be “tandem” with substance P nerve fibers; mast cell immunohistochemical staining Positive, but it can not be concluded that mast cells are substance-P positive.Conclusion: It is suggested that mast cells are closely related to substance P, which provides a morphological basis for further study on non-IgE regulatory mechanism of mast cells.
