领导干部作为权力的行使者,用人民赋予的权力来管理社会,为人民谋取福利。从中国革命到改革开放的今天,广大领导干部践行着全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,表现出为民、务实、清廉的官德修养。但是近年来,少数领导干部由于世界观、人生观、价值观的错位,理想信念、职业道德在不断滑坡,出现权力寻租,以权谋私,将权力私有化,严重损害了党和政府的形象。在全面建成小康
Leading cadres, as agents of power, use the power given by the people to manage the society and seek benefits for the people. From the time of China’s revolution to the reform and opening up, the vast majority of leading cadres have practiced the principle of serving the people wholeheartedly and have shown that they are people-oriented, pragmatic and incorruptible officials. However, in recent years, due to the dislocation of the world outlook, outlook on life and values, the few leading cadres have been declining their ideals and beliefs and professional ethics. They have turned to power rent-seeking, abuse of power for personal gain, privatization of power, and serious damage to the image of the party and government. Build a well-to-do in an all-round way
