1990年国营商业出现了全国历史上第一次全行业亏损,形势是比较严峻的。能否正确认识当前国营商业的形势,针对存在的问题,采取有效措施,是搞活国营商业的关键。通过去江西调查,确实感到问题很多。一、国营商业工作面临的主要困难 1.国营商业的主渠道阵地越来越萎缩、市场占有率越来越小,存在一些急待解决的问题。1990年江西省国营商业零售额占社会商品零售额的比重仅为10.5％,个体商业为15％,
State-owned commerce in 1990 saw the first loss in the entire industry in the history of the whole country. The situation is rather grim. Whether we can correctly understand the current situation of state-owned commerce or not and take effective measures in response to existing problems is the key to revitalizing state-owned commerce. By going to Jiangxi investigation, I really feel a lot of problems. I. Major Difficulties Facing State-owned Commercial Work 1. The main channel of state-owned commerce is shrinking more and more, and the market share is getting smaller and smaller. There are some urgent problems to be solved. In 1990, the state-owned commercial retail sales in Jiangxi accounted for only 10.5% of the retail sales of social products and 15% for individual businesses.
