住宅卫生间面积狭小,设备集中,管线交错,操作困难,常常影响工期和劳动力平衡。盒子卫生间可以在工厂或预制场预制,不仅操作方便,减轻了劳动强度,而且能缩短工期,提高质量。为此,从60年代起,北京、上海等地就开始研制盒子卫生间,并在一些试点工程中应用,但因种种原因,未能推广。为使新的研究成果能更快地在建设中发挥作用,我们特介绍北京市建筑设计院等单位研制的薄壁混凝土盒子卫生间,供各地参考。
Residential toilets are small in size, concentrated in equipment, staggered pipelines, and difficult to operate, often affecting the schedule and labor balance. The box toilet can be prefabricated in the factory or prefabricated field, which is not only easy to operate, but also reduces the labor intensity, shortens the construction period and improves the quality. For this reason, since the 1960s, Beijing, Shanghai and other places have started to develop box toilets and applied them in some pilot projects. However, due to various reasons, they have not been promoted. In order to enable new research results to play a role in construction more quickly, we will introduce thin-walled concrete box toilets developed by Beijing Architectural Design Institute and other units for reference by local people.
