目的:探索推基底动脉供血障碍对前庭微循环的影响规律。方法:用自行设计制作的推基底动脉脑缺血动物模型,通过激光多普勒测定推基底动脉阻断前后前庭血流变化。结果:阻断前前庭血流为(194.00±45.26)mV,阻断后为(131.00±43.64)mV,阻断后降至平均基线的67.53%。结论:本文采用的动物模型反映了淮基底动脉伴有颈动脉狭窄、主干及其分支病变时病理生理特点及临床经过。推基底动脉狭窄引起前庭血流减少,导致眩晕和平衡障碍。
Objective: To explore the influence of basilar artery insufficiency on vestibular microcirculation. Methods: The animal model of basilar artery ischemia was established. The changes of vestibular blood flow before and after basilar artery occlusion were measured by laser Doppler. Results: The blood flow in the anterior chamber was (194.00 ± 45.26) mV after blocking, and (131.00 ± 43.64) mV after blocking. After blocking, the mean baseline blood flow decreased to 67.53%. Conclusion: The animal model adopted in this paper reflects the pathophysiological characteristics and clinical experience of the Huai basilar artery with carotid artery stenosis, the main trunk and its branches. Pushing the basilar artery stenosis causes a decrease in vestibular blood flow leading to dizziness and balance disorders.
