水泥减缩作用的研究,迄今尚不充分,且多偏于矽酸盐方面,矾土水泥的凝结硬化过程有许多特点,需要对其减缩作用进行详细的试验。 本文对前人关于减缩现象机理的说法作了概括和讨论,在试验方法方面也作了一些探讨和改进。 试验结果证明: 一、矾土水泥的温鹼度愈高,减缩作用发展愈快。 二、前人工作中提出的结论如:水灰比增大则减缩上升,比面积增大减缩亦上升,只适用于作用前期,同一水泥,不论其水灰比或细度之不同,最后减缩总量仍应趋于一致。
The study on the effect of cement shrinkage has not been sufficient so far, and there are many aspects of lanthanum silicate. The coagulation and hardening process of alumina cement has many characteristics and it is necessary to conduct detailed tests on its shrinkage reduction. This article summarizes and discusses the predecessors’ theory of the mechanism of shrinkage phenomena, and also makes some discussions and improvements in the test methods. The test results prove that: 1. The higher the temperature and alkalinity of the bauxite cement, the faster the shrinkage effect develops. II. The conclusions put forward by previous generations such as: as the ratio of water to cement increases, it decreases and rises, the area ratio decreases and the shrinkage also increases. It only applies to the early stage of the action. The same cement, regardless of its water-cement ratio or fineness, is finally reduced. The total amount should still be consistent.
