“2002暑期英语翻译研习班”已按计划圆满结束。研习期间,郭建中、毛荣贵、杨全红、方梦之、钱绍昌及卢思源等六位教授先后出场,为来自全国各地近60名学员作了数场精彩讲座。研习之余,学员与主讲人及学员与学员之间也进行了愉快交流。7月20日集体游览了江南名镇周庄,7月22日晚聚餐闭慕,大家频频举杯,祝贺研习班获得成功。研习班给学员及主讲教师留下了难忘而美好的印象,学员们返回原单位后纷纷发email或致信本编辑部,表达他们对主办单位的诚挚谢意并希望明年能再次举办类似研习班。(注:2003年举办研习班的消息请注意明年的《科技英语学习》,并希望读者提供建设性意见。)下面选登部分学员之反馈信件,以此钩沉我们对本次研习班的美好回忆和对来年研习班的殷殷企盼。】
“2002 Summer English Translation Seminar” has been completed as planned. During the study period, six professors Guo Jianzhong, Mao Ronggui, Yang Quanhong, Fang Mengzhi, Qian Shaochang and Lu Siyuan successively made appearances and delivered several wonderful lectures for nearly 60 trainees from all over the country. During the study, students and presenters and trainees and students also conducted a pleasant exchange. On July 20, the group toured Zhouzhuang, a town in the south of the Yangtze River. During the evening of July 22, the dinner was closed. Everyone frequently gave a toast and congratulated the seminar on its success. The seminars left unforgettable and beautiful impressions for the trainees and the teachers. After the trainees returned to the original units, they both sent emails or letters to the editorial department to express their sincere gratitude to the organizers and hope to hold similar seminars again next year.
