目的 :探讨脑星形细胞瘤组织中微血管密度 (microvessel density,MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (vascular endothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)的表达及其临床病理意义。方法 :采用免疫组化 S- P法对 83例不同分化的脑星形细胞瘤组织进行MVD和 VEGF检测。结果 :VEGF在 级、 级、 - 级星形细胞瘤阳性表达率分别为 19.1%、 48.6 %、 74.1% ,阳性率伴随恶性程度增加而递增 (P <0 .0 1) ;MVD分布 , 级、 - 级较 级明显增加 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 1)。结论 :VEGF参与肿瘤新生血管形成 ,VEGF和 MVD可作为判断星形细胞瘤恶性程度指标 ,为抗肿瘤血管形成治疗提供依据
Objective: To investigate the expression of microvessel density (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human astrocytoma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods: MVD and VEGF were detected in 83 differentiated astrocytoma tissues by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: The positive rates of VEGF in grade, grade and grade astrocytoma were 19.1%, 48.6% and 74.1%, respectively. The positive rate of VEGF was increased with the increase of malignant degree (P <0.01) - Grade significantly increased (P <0. 01, P <0. 01). Conclusion: VEGF is involved in neovascularization of tumor. VEGF and MVD may be used as indicators of malignancy of astrocytoma and provide basis for antiangiogenesis
