概述在洪水预报系统中,反推入库流量计算是重要的工作内容。我们考核洪水预报精度,需要把预报流量与“实测”入库流量进行比较。而“实测”入库流量常因水库缺少入库流量站而不可知,在实际运用中我们以入库反推值为准。因此,入库反推成果的准确性是十分重要的。水库洪水流量采用水量平衡法推算,水量平衡法是根据水库坝前实测水位和出库流量观测资料,利用水库水量平衡方程反推入库洪水流量的方法。水库水量平衡方程式为:
Overview In flood forecasting systems, back-calculating reservoir flow calculations is an important part of the work. We assess the accuracy of flood forecasting, the need to forecast the flow and “Measured ” storage flow comparison.
