本文旨在对尼布尔基督教现实主义的内容、理论意义及现实意义作一述评。尼布尔以基督教的人性论透视人类社会与国际关系问题,以爱与正义的关系贯穿基督教现实主义思想,并将“牺牲之爱”提升到思想的制高点,从而统领平衡的现实主义观点。他将个人道德与群体道德进行区分,这也是基督教现实主义思想为国际政治理论界作出的独特贡献。尼布尔提出的基督教现实主义政治思想自20世纪30年代起就在美国的思想界和政治界产生巨大影响,并在60年代达到顶峰。在当今全球化趋势日益发展,全球问题层出不穷的国际局势下,尼布尔的基督教现实主义被人们重读和发现。不同学派的学者对尼布尔思想的解读也不尽相同,尼布尔思想遗产的复活也成为各界学者争论的重要主题。
The purpose of this article is to comment on the content, theoretical significance and practical significance of Nibble’s Christian realism. Niebuhr uses the Christian theory of human nature to see the issue of human society and international relations, and runs through the Christian realism with the relationship between love and justice, and raises “the sacrifice of love ” to the commanding height of thought so as to lead a balanced view of realism. He distinguishes between personal morality and group morality, which is also the unique contribution of Christian realism to the international political theorists. Niebuhr’s Christian realist political ideas have had a huge impact on the American intellectual and political circles since the 1930s and peaked in the 1960s. In today’s international situation where globalization is ever-increasing and global issues are emerging in an endless stream, Nypre’s Christian realism has been re-read and discovered. The scholars of different schools also have different interpretations of Niebuhr’s thought. The revival of Niebuhr’s legacy of ideology has also become an important topic of debate among scholars from all walks of life.
