根据中频弯管工艺的特点和辐射测温的原理，提出了适于这一特殊情况的比色（以色）红外测温仪。对影响测温的目标面积与距离系数的关系、管材表面的处理、测温仪的安放位置、水雾的处理、加热区温度分布状况及加热区位置变化等因素进行了详细分析。并提出了相应的解决办法。
According to the characteristics of the middle frequency elbow process and the principle of radiation temperature measurement, a colorimetric (colorimetric) infrared thermometer suitable for this particular case is proposed. The relationship between the target area and the distance coefficient, the pipe surface treatment, the location of the thermometer, the treatment of water mist, the temperature distribution in the heating zone and the location of the heating zone were analyzed in detail.
