表面粗糙度比较样块的评定比较复杂,不宜在现场采用。本文介绍了一种运算简单、计算快速,适于现场评定样块的标准偏差估计法——极差无偏估计,并举例予以评定。
Evaluation of the surface roughness of the sample is more complicated, not used in the field. In this paper, we introduce a standard deviation estimation method - very bad unbiased estimation which is easy to calculate and fast and suitable for on-site assessment of samples.
