随着高校扩招,高职院校的生源与前几年相比有了较大的变化,呈现一些新的特点,对学生管理工作提出了许多新的要求。这就要求高职学生的思想道德教育工作必须紧握时代脉搏,从高职教育特点出发,以学生为本,探索适合高职教育特点的思想道德教育方式,提高高职学生的思想道德素质。
