【目的】调查分析西宁地区高中生考试焦虑的现状。【方法】采用美国学者JH DiVine和DW Kylen编制的考试焦虑自我检查表,对615名高中生进行了调查。【结果】不同类型学校高中生在担心考糟了他人对自己的评价、担心对个人的自我意象增加威胁、担心未来的前途、身体反应和思维阻抑项目上差异有显著性(P<0.01);不同年级高中生在担心对个人的自我意象增加威胁项目上差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】普通学校的高中生比重点学校的高中生更易出现考试焦虑;高二的学生比高一、高三的学生更易出现考试焦虑,要有针对性地对学生考试焦虑给予相应的干预与辅导。
【Objective】 To investigate and analyze the status of senior high school students’ test anxiety in Xining. [Methods] Using the self-checklist of test anxiety prepared by American scholar JH DiVine and DW Kylen, 615 high school students were investigated. 【Results】 Different types of school high school students were worried about worse assessment of others, fear of threats to their own self-image, fear of future prospects, physical reactions and mental retardation items (P <0.01) There were significant differences in the items of high school students’ anxiety over the threat of increasing self-image among individuals in different grades (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The high school students in ordinary schools are more prone to test anxiety than the high school students in the key schools. The students in the second year are more prone to test anxiety than the students in the first and third year of senior high school. Corresponding intervention and counseling should be given to the students anxiously.
