1995年末及进入1996年以来,吉林省长春市接连发生多起出租车司机及出租车人车失踪案。相隔数月相继在南关区伊通河内、宽城区奋进管内、南关区幸福管内等地发现3具失踪司机的尸体。1995年12月8日吉林省外贸粮油公司干部李振奇(男,30岁)驾驶红色捷达出租车出车后人车失踪,1996年5月16日在伊通河内发现其尸体。1996年1月4日夜,长春市林迪公司司机仲立新(男,30岁)驾驶凌志300型轿车出车后下落不明,1996年5月29日在伊通河东大桥以南600米处发现其尸体。1996年3月24日早,四海出租车公司司机王立光(男,25岁)驾驶兰色捷达出租车出车后一直未归,生死不明。1996年4月6日,出租车司机侯建国(男,35岁)驾驶蓝色斯克达出租车外出营运一去不返,生死未卜。1996年7月20日个体出租车司机梁海(男,37岁)驾驶红色桑塔纳出租车,人车失踪,7月25日在南关区幸福乡一水库
