江苏靖江市靖城镇党委、政府,对所辖的23个村,通过自愿申报、村里核实的方法,初步确定了一批人均年收入在1000元以下的贫困户,列出他们详细的收入状况,家庭情况以及需要救助的项目,经过细致的调查核实,最后形成了221户贫困户、特困户建议名单。新年伊始,以文件形式下发,在各村最显眼的地方贴出公告,对贫困户进行公示,让群众评议核实。镇里在对贫困户实施15项优惠制度的同时,选定机关部门、重点企业负责人作为扶贫责任人,列出详细扶贫项目,限期脱贫,责任人签字确认,并向党委签订责任状。 公示贫困户,反映了在扶贫工
