观察静脉注射东氯合剂（每ｍ ｌ含东莨菪碱０．３ｍ ｇ，氯丙嗪１２．５ｍ ｇ）对麻醉家犬的血压、呼吸和心率的影响。结果表明：东氯合剂剂量分别在０．０３３、０．１、０．３、０．９ｍ ｌ／ｋｇ 时，家犬血压有不同程度下降，呈现剂量依赖性，但均在１～３ｍ ｉｎ 后恢复到正常水平，降压幅度略低于等量的氯丙嗪，单用东莨菪碱血压和心率有轻度上升；仅在降压的同时呼吸有反射性加速现象。提示东莨菪碱与氯丙嗪合用对血压有轻度保护作用。
To observe the effects of intravenous injection of East-chlorine mixture (0.3 m g per 1 cm of scopolamine and 2.5 mg of chlorpromazine) on blood pressure, respiration and heart rate in anesthetized dogs.
