在素质教育背景下,针对学校提出校本教研工作理念,对提高教师综合素养和改善学校教育教学现状及提高教学质量发挥重要作用。数学学科是小学教育的重要组成部分,要提高数学教学效果,教师积极开展校本教研工作尤为重要。然而,从校本教研工作现状看,尚不理想,难以发挥其应用优势作用,因而实现工作创新是必要的。本文主要分析小学数学校本教研工作的现状,并提出小学数学学科校本教研工作创新的有效思考。
Under the background of quality education, the concept of school-based teaching and research is proposed for schools, which plays an important role in improving teachers’ comprehensive literacy and improving the current situation of school education and teaching quality. Mathematics is an important part of primary education. To improve the effectiveness of mathematics teaching, it is particularly important for teachers to actively carry out school-based teaching and research. However, from the status quo of school-based teaching and research work, it is not ideal and it is difficult to exert its application advantages. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve job innovation. This paper analyzes the status quo of primary school teaching and research work, and puts forward effective thinking on the innovation of school-based teaching and research work in primary school mathematics.
