W_(12)钢是我校冶金系炼钢教研组研究的新钢种,目的是代替含钼的M_2系列钢。由于W_(12)钢热塑性不及M_2系列钢,为改善W_(12)钢的热加工性能,本文就W_(12)钢中加入不同含量钇对W_(12)钢的热塑性及耐磨性能的影响进行了研究。经实验证明:W_(12)钢中加0.10%的钇,使热塑性达到或超过M_2钢,而且,耐磨性能也有所提高,若以W_(12)代替M_2钢就大大减少了我国稀缺元素钼的用量,而广泛使用富产元素钨,为充分利用我国富产矿源开辟了新的途径。
W_ (12) steel is a new type of steel researched and developed by the Metallurgy Department of Steelmaking Research Group in our school. The aim is to replace M_2 series steel with molybdenum. In order to improve the hot workability of W_ (12) steel, W_ (12) steel has less thermoplasticity than M_2 series steels. In this paper, the influence of different content of Yttrium on the thermal and wear properties of W_ (12) Were studied. The experiment proves that the addition of 0.10% yttrium to W 12 steel makes the thermoplastic reach or exceed that of M 2 steel and the wear resistance is also improved. If W 12 is used instead of M 2 steel, the rare element molybdenum The extensive use of rich elemental tungsten has opened up new avenues for making full use of the rich ore resources in our country.
