近年来,随着科学技术应用的不断扩大和深化,新的传播媒介不断涌现,数字报刊、微博和微信等新兴媒体正以前所未有的速度迅猛发展,传统媒体发展面临着巨大的冲击。面对新的挑战,传统媒体与新兴媒体融合已经成为传媒产业发展的必然趋势和选择,并且受到中央的高度重视。8月18日,中央全面深化改革领导小组第四次会议召开,中共中央总书记、中央全面深化改革领导小组组长习近平主持会议并发表重要讲话,会议还审议通过了《关于推动传统媒体和新兴媒体融合发展的指导意见》。
