目的了解石嘴山市2009-2011年入托、入学儿童预防接种证查验及疫苗接种情况,分析评价查验效果,提出合理建议。方法利用2009-2011年接种证查验漏种数据,将8种疫苗漏种剂次进行比较,找出漏种原因。结果漏种人数最高的是2009年,漏种人数达到6 359人;2011年漏种人数最低,为2 775人。8种疫苗的漏种剂次最高的白破疫苗、流脑疫苗,最低的是甲肝疫苗。结论无证、漏种人数逐年减少,查验接种证工作效果明显。
Objective To understand the examination and vaccination status of immunization vaccination certificate for children admitted in Shizuishan from 2009 to 2011, and to analyze and evaluate the test results and put forward reasonable suggestions. Methods Using the vaccination certificate from 2009 to 2011 to test the data of leakage, the eight kinds of vaccines were compared to find out the cause of the leakage. As a result, the highest number of people missing was in 2009, with 6 359 people missing, and the lowest number of people missing in 2011 was 2 775. Eight kinds of vaccine, the highest leakage of white-burst vaccine, meningitis vaccine, the lowest is hepatitis A vaccine. Conclusions There is no evidence, the number of missing persons is decreasing year by year, and the effect of checking vaccination certificates is obvious.
