2013年,国际经济仍将处于复杂的调整期,难以实现强劲增长,但积极因素和亮点在增多,预计形势可能略好于2012年。面对复杂的国际形势,应合理把握国内政策导向:长短结合,把应对短期经济周期性波动与促进长期经济增长结合起来;防范风险,控制和防范国内经济中的风险点;深入研究,谨慎推进相关领域的改革;加强谋划,积极应对国际经济新趋势带来的挑战和机遇。
In 2013, the international economy will remain in a complex period of adjustment and it is difficult to achieve strong growth. However, the positive factors and bright spots are on the rise. The situation is expected to be slightly better than 2012. In the face of the complicated international situation, we should reasonably grasp the orientation of domestic policies: the integration of short and long term, combining cyclical fluctuations in short-term economy with the promotion of long-term economic growth; preventing risks and controlling and guarding against risks in the domestic economy; conducting in-depth studies and prudently pushing forward Reform in relevant fields; and to strengthen planning and actively respond to the challenges and opportunities brought about by the new trend of the international economy.
