在咨询心理学里面,有两项技术特别引起大家的关注,那就是“解释”和“建议”。前者用以帮助来访者能够看清自己表面不合适行为底下的深层原因。这个“看清”往往是凭着来访者自身很难做到的。后者是帮助来访者找到并确定最适合自己的行动方案。心理咨询的结果,往往是使来访者要有所行动。
In Counseling Psychology there are two technologies that are of particular interest to everyone: “interpreting” and “suggesting.” The former is to help visitors to see the underlying causes under the surface of inappropriate behavior. This “see ” is often difficult to do with the visitors themselves. The latter is to help visitors find and identify the best course of action for themselves. The result of psychological counseling is often to make visitors have something to do.
