型砂含水量多少与砂型的强度和性能有密切关系,也直接影响铸件质量。因此,严格控制型砂含水量,对于提高铸件质量,防止铸件产生气孔,白口、特别对减少球墨铸铁皮下气孔等缺陷是非常重要的。型砂水分的测定,常用的是重量法,这种方法既费时又麻烦,且需耗用电力,为了及时测定型砂的水分。我们试制成功型砂水分测量仪。(图1照片)。经试用后效果较好。不但节约电力和时间,而且可以在砂场和混砂机内直接测量,直接读出含水量来。很适用车间配砂和混砂工作。
