介绍了炼铁厂竖炉监测系统以计算机数据采集系统替代常规显示仪表的技改方案.具体介绍了新系统的硬件配置和软件设计,分析了采用新系统的主要技术难点,解决了采用Turbo-C语言实现大于64K全程变量的问题.文末的效益分析表明,新系统给使用单位带来显著经济效益.
This paper introduces the technical innovation scheme of the vertical furnace monitoring system of the ironworks replacing the conventional display instruments with the computer data acquisition system.The hardware configuration and the software design of the new system are introduced in detail.The main technical difficulties of adopting the new system are analyzed, C language to achieve more than 64K full-variable problem.The end of the paper shows that the benefits of the new system to the use of units bring significant economic benefits.
