在我国经济快速发展的形势下,我国的建筑行业也越来越热,建筑工程项目规模也逐渐的扩大。在这种形势下建筑工程的施工管理也变得更为重要,因为建筑工程的施工管理关系的工程的质量问题和建筑施工工期等,然而建筑工程施工管理是一项较为复杂的工程,要提高建筑工程施工管理需要做一系列的工作,并且要形成一套适合当下的是现代化的管理模式,来进行管理工作。本文从建筑工程施工方面来谈论如何加强建筑工程施工管理,并提出几点措施希望能对建筑行业有所帮助。
