通过采用技术先进的节能产品,可以有效提高能源的利用效率;通过增加外围护结构的保温,可以大幅度减少能源的无效损失。但是,仅仅这样做仍然不够。有时候,在投入大量的金钱、采用节能措施之后,由于运行中疏于管理或缺乏有效的维护手段,往往造成能源在传输、利用过程中泄漏和无效损耗,这不仅降低了能源的利用效率,也对建筑物的安全造成潜在威胁。因此,采用先进的技术手段,对楼宇内设备进行定期的日常检测、维护,无论对节约能源,还是对建筑物的安全运行都具有十分重要的现实意义。
