中国无土栽培学组于1985年7月10—12日在石家庄市召开了成立大会。这个学组是中国农业工程学会植物环境专业委员会所属的专业学组,是由刘步洲、马太和两位教授倡议而成立的。它的宗旨是发动和组织全国从事无土栽培的科技人员,贯彻“经济建设必须依靠科学技术,科学技术必须面向经济建设”的方针,研究符合我国国情的无土栽培技术,提高无土栽培的学术水平,普及无土栽培科技知识,扩大无土栽培生产,为我国工厂化农业和农业翻两番作出贡献。参加这次成立大会的有辽宁、吉林、河北、湖北、山东、陕西、江苏、内蒙古、新疆以及京、津、沪等13个省、市、自治区的40个单位,62位专家、学者、教授和从事无土栽培的技术人员。会议的主要任务是:成立中国无土栽培学组,审查与接纳会员、通过章程、组建学组委员会。其次是
