目的:针对重症救治方舱对危重伤病员实施紧急救命处置的功能需求,研究一种优化的重症救治方舱结构布局方案,使其能够有效地实施快速、持续、综合的急救功能。方法:在总结分析二代方舱医院不足的基础上,系统梳理卫生装备构成体系和医疗设备配置方案,通过方案布局比较,实现重症救治方舱结构布局优化设计的目的。结果:重症救治方舱形成了一种以急救设备集成吊塔为核心功能区的优化方案,并进一步开展了方舱的试制。结论:优化后的重症救治方舱与前两代重症救治方舱相比,操作使用更加便捷,更加有利于开展急救处置等医疗作业,增强了重症救治方舱的救治能力。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the functional requirements of emergency treatment for critically ill wounded and critically ill patients in intensive care shelter, and to study an optimized plan of structure layout for critical treatment of shelters so that it can effectively implement rapid, continuous and comprehensive first aid. Methods: Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the second-generation shelter hospital, the paper systematically combed the configuration of medical equipment and the configuration of medical equipment, and achieved the objective of optimal design of the structure layout of the intensive care shelter through the comparison of plan and layout. Results: The intensive care cabin formed a kind of optimization scheme with the first aid equipment integrated pendant as the core functional zone, and the trial trial of the shelter was further carried out. Conclusion: Compared with the first two generations of emergency treatment shelters, the optimized severe treatment shelter is more convenient to operate and more conducive to emergency medical treatment and other medical operations, and enhances the treatment and treatment ability of severe treatment shelters.
