目的观察土埋氯硝柳胺缓释法在云南山区梯田环境的灭螺效果。方法在云南山区选择一块梯田,分隔后随机分成A、B、C、D 4组,其中A、B、C 3组为实验组,D组为对照组。实验组分别按剂量6、12、24 g/m2实施土埋氯硝柳胺缓释法灭螺,对照组50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂2 g/m2喷洒灭螺。结果施药6个月和1年后活螺平均密度下降率、土埋氯硝柳胺缓释法24 g/m2组分别为89.90%和96.80%,对照组为40.35%和59.11%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ20.5年=151.24,χ21年=117.14,P均<0.01)。结论土埋氯硝柳胺缓释法灭螺效果较好,适用于缺水的山区梯田等环境灭螺。
Objective To observe the snail-killing effects of soil-buried niclosamide sustained-release method in terraced fields in Yunnan Province. Methods A terraced field was selected in the mountainous area of Yunnan Province and divided into groups A, B, C and D 4 randomly. The A, B and C 3 groups were the experimental group and the D group was the control group. The experimental group were treated with the buried release rate of niclosamide by the dosage of 6, 12 and 24 g / m2, respectively. The control group was treated with 50% niclosamide ethanolamine salt wettable powder by 2 g / m2. Results The descending rate of average live density of live snails at 6 months and 1 year after application was 89.90% and 96.80% respectively in the 24 g / m2 group, and 40.35% and 59.11% in the control group, respectively The difference was statistically significant (χ20.5 = 151.24, χ21 = 117.14, P <0.01). Conclusion Soil buried niclosamide slow-release method for better snail control, suitable for water mountain terraces and other environmental snail.
