国务院近日印发《关于近期支持东北振兴若干重大政策举措的意见》,要求抓紧实施一批重大政策举措,巩固扩大东北地区振兴发展成果,努力破解发展难题,依靠内生发展推动东北经济提质增效升级。《意见》以全面深化改革为引领,在加强生态环境保护方面,提出要推进重点生态功能区建设。从2014年起,中央财政每年将安排天然林资源保护工程财政资金23.5亿元,支持在黑龙江重点国有林区率先启动全面停止商业性采伐试点。争取尽快将东北其他国有林区纳入停止商业性采伐范围。支持东北地区生态文明先行示范区建设,开展节能减排财政政策综
The State Council recently issued its Opinions on Some Recent Important Measures to Support Northeast China to Revitalize China.
