用甘蓝型胜利油菜和Tower进行正,反交和回交,分析了亲本,F_1,F_2,F_3和BC_1F_1,BC_1F_2种子中的硫代葡萄糖甙总量,发现F_1种子主要由母体植株的基因型控制,F_2和BC_1F_1受母体种子硫代葡萄糖甙含量的影响、F_3和BC_1F_2呈连续分布,硫代葡萄糖甙总量受3对基因控制,高含量对低含量为部分显性,硫代葡萄糖甙的遗传力为89.9%(h~2B)和72.7%(h~2N),F_2代硫代葡萄糖甙植株与较差的农艺性状相联系。
The total amount of glucosinolates in F_1, F_2, F_3 and BC_1F_1, BC_1F_2 seeds was analyzed with positive and negative crosses and backcrossing of Brassica napus and Tower. It was found that the F_1 seeds were mainly controlled by the genotype of maternal plants , F_2 and BC_1F_1 were affected by the content of the parent seed glucosinolates, F_3 and BC_1F_2 were continuously distributed, the total amount of glucosinolates was controlled by 3 pairs of genes, the content of high content was partly dominant and the content of glucosinolates The forces were 89.9% (h ~ 2B) and 72.7% (h ~ 2N), respectively. The F2 generation glucosinolates were associated with poorer agronomic traits.
