科技部、发展改革委日前共同编制印发了《海水淡化科技发展“十二五”专项规划》。该《规划》旨在推进落实《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》,对指导和推进全国海水淡化科技发展与创新,支撑海水淡化产业发展等问题做出了具体规定。
Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly prepared and published the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for the development of seawater desalination technology. The “Plan” aims to promote the implementation of “National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020)”, to guide and promote the development and innovation of sea water desalination technology, support the development of desalination industry and other issues made specific provisions .
