本研究应用抗小鼠宫颈癌(U_(14))单克隆抗体(AU_(14-1))对人宫颈癌和癌前病变进行免疫组织化学分析,以观察AU_(14-1)测定的抗原在人宫颈病变中表达的发生率和意义。所用材料为福尔马林固定和石蜡包埋的活检标本。切片经过氧化物酶抗过氧化物酶(PAP)染色。结果发现,宫颈鳞状细胞癌的单克隆抗体免疫组织化学染色的阳性率为20/20,腺癌为13/13,原位癌为15/21,非典型增生为2/20,慢性炎为2/24。提示U_(14)抗原的表达可能与宫颈的恶性转化有关。
In this study, immunohistochemical analysis of human cervical cancer and precancerous lesions using anti-mouse cervical cancer (U_ (14)) monoclonal antibody (AU_ (14-1)) to observe AU_ (14-1) The incidence and significance of expression in human cervical lesions. The material used was formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded biopsy specimens. Sections were stained with oxidase anti-peroxidase (PAP). The results showed that the positive rate of monoclonal antibody immunohistochemical staining of cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 20/20, adenocarcinoma 13/13, carcinoma in situ 15/21, atypical hyperplasia 2/20, chronic inflammation 2/24. It is suggested that the expression of U_ (14) antigen may be related to the malignant transformation of cervix.
