目的探讨纳米碳在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用效果及影响因素。方法选取2014年6月至2016年6月间安徽省解放军第一零五医院收治的108例Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为纳米碳组与亚甲蓝组,每组54例,分别采用纳米碳示踪剂与亚甲蓝示踪剂。将距离乳腺最近的染色淋巴结定义为前哨淋巴结(SLN),大体标本内检出的淋巴结标记为非前哨淋巴结,根据病理结果对两组患者SLN检出率、灵敏度、假阴性率及准确度进行统计学分析。结果纳米碳组SLN检出率为98.1%,高于亚甲蓝组的87.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者灵敏度、假阴性率及准确度比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论纳米碳比亚甲蓝在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中能更稳定持久地显示淋巴管与淋巴结,操作性更强。
Objective To investigate the effect and influential factors of nanometer carbon in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer. Methods A total of 108 patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ breast cancer who were admitted to the 105th Hospital of Anhui Province from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into groups of carbon nano and methylene blue In group 54, nanochannel tracer and methylene blue tracer were used respectively. According to the pathological results, SLN detection rate, sensitivity, false negative rate and accuracy of the two groups of patients were counted according to the pathological results Analysis. Results The detection rate of SLN in the nano-carbon group was 98.1%, which was higher than that in methylene blue group (87.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in sensitivity, false negative rate and accuracy (all P> 0.05). Conclusion Nanometer-scale carbon nanotubes than methylene blue in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer can be more stable and lasting display of lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes, more operational.
