管理者的社会责任感反映了管理者对企业与社会关系的看法,缺失社会责任感的管理者容易导致各种社会问题,冲击公众对于社会安全的信任。工商管理专业的大学生,作为未来可能的管理者,应如何在培养过程中安排行之有效的管理者社会责任观的教育以建立起符合社会发展的商业道德呢?文章在回顾管理者社会责任感理论的基础上,提出当代工商管理大学生应以“利益相关者”理论为核心建立其社会责任感,以及具体实施的步骤。
The manager’s sense of social responsibility reflects the manager’s view on the relationship between the enterprise and the society. Managers who lack social responsibility easily lead to various social problems and impact the public’s trust in social security. As a potential manager in the future, how to arrange an effective manager’s view of social responsibility education in order to establish a business ethics that is in line with social development? In the review of managers’ theory of social responsibility Based on the above, it is suggested that contemporary MBA should establish the sense of social responsibility and the concrete steps of implementation based on the theory of “stakeholders”.
